These Steering Weight Plates are made of durable cast iron for increased longevity and to survive everyday use. This Meerut Gym and Gymnastic works fits any Olympic bar with a circumference of 2” or less; 2” dumbbell bars may also be used. Each weight plate features three wide holes for a comfortable grip and a number of strength training techniques that can be done with or without a barbell. Regular use increases muscle strength; a useful supplement to home or specialist Gyms. It has a corrosion resistance and a stylish appearance. For quick recognition, the Marino weight plates are numbered in pounds. All weights have a 2 in slot to match on all 2 in bars. 2″ grip plates are available in 2.5, 5, 10, 25, 35, and 45 pound weights.
